  • Contribute to develop concept for the event, i.e. develop ideas and frameworks, as well as define left-behind impressions
  • Contribute with creative solution, choosing arena, entertainment, social program
  • Prepare a progress plan and roadmap together with the client
  • Planning, organization and execution
  • Evaluation and performance measurement
  • The academic and scientific content of the event is taken care of by the client and its specialist committee.
