- Contribute to the development of strategy for the event, including defining the purpose of the event, defining objectives and success criteria for the event
- Contribute to develop concept for the event, i.e. develop ideas and frameworks, as well as define left-behind impressions
- Contribute with creative solution, choosing arena, entertainment, social program
- Prepare a progress plan and roadmap together with the client
- Planning, organization and execution
- Evaluation and performance measurement
- The academic and scientific content of the event is taken care of by the client and its specialist committee.
