Enova SF annually arranges a large conference within the environment where Gyro is responsible for the entire conference and Gyro Conference is responsible for the participant service.

Enova SF arranges an annual large conference in the field of environment where Gyro is responsible for the entire conference and Gyro Conference is responsible for the participant service.
More than 8,000 invitations are sent out annually, with a number of participants of 700 participants.
Gyro Conference provided teasers, invitations, news updates and practical info to all registered participants.
A form was established for online registration for the conference, parallel sessions, customer seminars, meals and hotel bookings. Furthermore, the Gyro Conference provided follow-up of hotel agreements and cancellation deadlines, with name lists, change lists for the hotels and follow-up of no shows.
We also delivered a separate conference app with the option to book an appointment with an advisor, send questions to the host, create your own calendar and more.
In addition, we ensured that invoices and reminders to participants were sent out. Gyro Conference produced nameplates, provided arrival registration and service desk throughout the conference. All participants registered via online registration form for parallel sessions / seminars, and they received an SMS with practical info before, during and after the conference.
